26 MAY 2013: GGAM is pleased to officially announce and congratulate Ms Normala Baharudin as our new Chief Commissioner. Ms Normala is no stranger to our sister Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in the international arena having served as Vice Chairman Asia Pacific Regional Committee WAGGGS (2010 – 2012) and as Asia Pacific Regional Committee WAGGGS (2007 – 2010 & 2010 – 2013). She has set her vision to bring about “New Challenges – New Opportunities” for GGAM to be more meaningful to our members and universal community.

GGAM thanks Yang Berbahagia Datin Seri Zalillah Binti Mohd. Taib who completed her term of office as our Chief Commissioner from 2008 – 2013. GGAM appreciates her dedication in bringing change to the association. Datin Seri Zalillah enjoys her interactions with many friends – young and old - at various levels in the country and in other Member Organizations.  We wish you good health and happiness, Datin Seri Zalillah.
